📌 Why Can’t I Choose My Delivery Time?

We understand you'd prefer a specific delivery time. However, due to operational and cost constraints, time slot selection is only available as a paid add-on, and not in all cases.

📌 Why is there a fee?

  • Special requests (e.g. out-of-route, after-hours) require additional resources
  • Extra driving time, overtime pay, and low-efficiency stops increase cost
  • To maintain fairness, only customers who pay for this option will be prioritized

📌 Why isn’t it available everywhere?

  • Some areas don’t have enough route density to support time slot delivery
  • Our system only shows the option if your area supports it
  • If no time options appear in Appt-Link, your area only supports date selection

📌 Why doesn’t every brand offer this?

  • Some sellers do not allow paid time slot services due to internal policies
  • Even if your area supports it, this option may not appear for some brands
