To ensure a safe, efficient, and accountable delivery process, MTT uses a centralized system to manage driver contact information. We do not disclose full driver phone numbers before delivery or in non-essential situations.
✅ What info is available?
After your appointment is confirmed, you can view the driver's name and vehicle plate number via the MTT Track-Link, starting from 8:00 PM the day before delivery.
This can be used for guard house clearance or building access.
Only a masked phone number will be shown (e.g. 012-xxx1234). Full phone numbers are not disclosed.
✅ When can you contact the driver?
Driver has called you:You can call back the number shown on your phone.
ETA is delayed repeatedly:The MTT Track-Link will display a [WhatsApp Driver] button for direct messaging.
Delivery not completed after 6:00 PM & customer service is closed. The system will send you a WhatsApp message with a contact number (driver or site supervisor).
✅ What we ask from customers:
Please use WhatsApp instead of calling. Most drivers are on the road or installing and may not answer calls.
Once you receive the number, please send your location or address details to help the driver arrive more quickly.
The number may belong to a support driver or supervisor, not necessarily the assigned driver.
❗ Why we don’t disclose full driver numbers by default:
Most drivers can’t answer calls during delivery or installation. Unnecessary calls may disrupt their workflow and safety.
Some drivers have limited communication skills. Direct calls may cause misunderstanding or delays.
For safety and legal reasons:
In the event of theft or accident, the police may investigate who had access to driver contacts.
If you were given full contact info early, you may be asked to assist in the investigation.
To protect everyone, all driver contact is managed through our system.
