Clear pathways: Ensure access points like doors, staircases, and elevators are unobstructed;
Clear placement area: Make space where the item will be placed or installed;
Floor protection: If concerned about floor scratches, please prepare protective mats;
Parking access: If parking is limited, kindly guide our driver to the nearest unloading spot;
Valuables: Store fragile or valuable items safely to avoid damage.
⚡ Installation & Setup
Power source: Ensure a working socket is available near the installation area (for electrical items);
E-waste: If you opted for e-waste pickup, place old appliances near the entrance for collection.
🐾 Safety & Interaction
Pet safety: Keep pets secured in a safe area to avoid interference;
Identification: Prepare your TAC code and ID for verification and signing;
Social distancing: Please maintain reasonable space for safety during delivery.
