Welcome to MTT Solutions Sdn Bhd. These Terms of Service govern your use of our service, which is provided by MTT Solutions Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTT Group (M) Sdn Bhd.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Home Appliances Homebound Delivery
Our Homebound Delivery service goes beyond just dropping off a package. We take the extra step to unbox, place, and set up your items. Please note the following crucial aspects:
- Item Inspection: Before signing the electronic Proof of Delivery (e-POD), thoroughly check your items for any damages or defects. Once you sign, we won't be able to entertain any complaints regarding damages.
- Choice to Not Unbox: If you opt not to unbox the item and proceed to sign the e-POD, you are choosing to accept the risk of any hidden damages. Again, once you sign the e-POD, we won't be able to entertain any complaints regarding damages.
- Floor Protection: If you have flooring that scratches easily, it is your responsibility to take protective measures. Ensure there is a clear walkway for our delivery team.
- E-Waste Disposal: Our service comes with a complimentary e-waste disposal. If you wish to use this service, you must inform our driver during the delivery. We will not return to pick it up later.
- Upper Floor Delivery: We deliver to upper floors at no additional charge. Again, ensure there is a clear walkway and protect your floor and walls as needed.
- Disposal of Packaging: If you don't want to keep the packaging, inform our driver, and we will dispose of it for you at no extra charge.
- Basic Cleaning Only: Our team will perform only basic cleaning as part of the setup service. We do not carry a full set of cleaning tools with us. The preparation and cleaning of the space where the new home appliance will be placed is the customer's responsibility.
- Additional Paid Services: We offer optional additional services for a fee (eg TV wall mount bracket installations). Payment for these services should be made directly to the company. Please note that if you choose to deal with the driver personally for these additional services, our company will not be liable for any issues that may arise.
Time Options for Delivery
- Paid Time Slot: In selected areas, we offer customers the option to choose their preferred delivery time slot for an additional fee. This allows for greater convenience and scheduling flexibility.
- Route-Planned Time Slot: If you opt not to pay for a specific time slot, your delivery will be scheduled according to our existing route planning. This means your delivery will fall within a broader time range, based on our operational logistics.
- Charges and Responsibility: Please be aware that the additional charge for selecting a specific time slot is due to the extra costs incurred for specialized scheduling. These charges are to be borne by the customer, not our clients.
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
- Best Effort Basis: Any ETA provided by us is generated with the best available data and is meant for your convenience and planning. However, these are estimates and not guarantees.
- Factors Affecting ETA: Various unforeseen circumstances like traffic conditions, weather disruptions, or previous delivery delays can affect the actual delivery time.
- Customer's Understanding: By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that while we strive to adhere to provided ETAs, 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed due to variables beyond our control.
MTT Solutions Sdn BHd does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Warranty and Liability
- Workmanship Warranty: We offer a 60-day warranty for workmanship on services rendered. This warranty solely covers the labor involved and not the quality or performance of the products installed or delivered.
- Product Warranty: Warranties for products delivered are provided by the respective brand principals or manufacturers. We assume no responsibility for the product quality, and customers are advised to contact the brand principal for warranty claims.
- TV Bracket Installation: The warranty for TV bracket installation covers the quality of the workmanship only and not the bracket itself. In the event of a defect with the complementary bracket, liability rests with the supplier, and not with us.
- Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability for any service-related compensations will be capped at RM 500 per job.
- Customer's Understanding: By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
