1.1 We collect limited personal information (including name, contact details, shipment reference, IP address, and browsing data) solely for the purpose of shipment tracking, customer notifications, and service improvements.
1.2 Data may be shared with logistics partners, service providers, or regulatory authorities as necessary for fulfilling shipments and complying with applicable laws.
1.3 Data will be retained only as long as required for operational, legal, or regulatory purposes.
1.4 You have the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).
1.5 Where data is transferred outside Malaysia, appropriate safeguards will be applied.
2.1 The Service is provided strictly for convenience and informational purposes only and does not constitute proof of delivery, service guarantee, or contractual commitment.
2.2 Users shall not misuse the Service, including but not limited to unlawful activities, automated scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with system functionality.
2.3 Information displayed (including order details, shipment status, and estimated delivery times) is provided “as is” and may not always reflect real-time or fully accurate status updates.

3.3 These Delivery Policies are published at https://delivery.petabyte.com.my/policies and may be updated from time to time.
3.4 By using MTT Track-Link and/or confirming any delivery instruction, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Delivery Policies.
3.5 In the event of inconsistency, the Delivery Policies shall prevail over the information displayed on MTT Track-Link.
3.6 MTT shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from customer instructions or authorisations provided through the Service, except as expressly provided in the Delivery Policy.
4.1 Certain actions performed via MTT Track-Link (including but not limited to rescheduling, editing recipient details, opting out of unboxing, and doorstep delivery authorisation) require explicit customer consent and verification.
4.2 Prior to confirming such actions, the customer shall be presented with the relevant terms and conditions, which must be accepted.
4.3 The customer will then be required to enter the last four digits of the registered phone number for verification.
4.4 Upon successful verification, the instruction shall be deemed validly authorised by the customer, binding on the customer, and recorded as part of MTT’s delivery records.
4.5 MTT Solutions Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any claim or dispute arising from misuse of the Track-Link or from unauthorised persons obtaining access to the verification process.
5.1 Tracking data is based on carrier and system inputs; variances, delays, errors, or omissions may occur.
5.2 Estimated times of arrival (ETA) are provided for convenience only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery within the stated timeframe.
5.3 MTT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from reliance on this Service.
5.4 In the event of inconsistency, the official consignment note and MTT’s system records shall prevail over the information displayed in the Service.
6.1 The Service may use cookies and analytical tools to enhance functionality and monitor performance.
6.2 Users may disable cookies in their browser settings; however, certain features of the Service may be affected.
7.1 All content, design, software, trademarks, trade names, and logos displayed in MTT Track-Link are the exclusive property of MTT Solutions Sdn Bhd.
7.2 No part of the Service may be reproduced, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from MTT.
8.1 This Legal & Policies document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
